Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Lot Flow account and the personal data associated with it. Lot Flow is operated by Romeo Solution LLC. Lot Flow is a business tool used by vehicle dealerships and their vendors.
How to request account deletion

From the email address associated with your Lot Flow account, send an email to support@lotflowops.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”

Include the email address registered to your account so we can locate it.

We will verify the request comes from the account owner and process the deletion. You will receive a confirmation once your account and associated personal data have been removed.
Alternatively, if your account was provisioned by a dealership administrator, you may ask your administrator to remove your account from within the app.
What data is deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we delete the personal data tied to your account, including:

Your account profile (email address, display name, and assigned role)

Your location/dealership membership associations

Authentication data and session tokens linked to your account
What data may be retained

Examples
Vehicle and work order business records (e.g., VINs, reconditioning history, cost entries) owned by the dealership organization
May be retained by the dealership for its business and recordkeeping needs, in de-identified or organizational form, after your personal identifiers are removed.
Records we are legally required to keep
Encrypted system backups
Retained only as long as required by applicable law, then deleted.
Rotate on a short cycle (typically 7–30 days) and then expire automatically.
Timeframe: Personal data is removed from active systems within 30 days of a verified request. Residual copies in encrypted backups expire within the backup rotation window described above.
